Paraiso at Casa Blanca
on Cozumel Island

We are located in the Country Club Estates on the northwest side of the island. We are set just across from the beach with an ocean view and stunning sunsets. Just steps to the beach where you can enjoy the warm turquoise water for swimming, kite boarding, windsurfing, sailing, water skiing, boating and of course snorkeling. There are many adventure and sport outfits located a short walking distance either way on the beach. Something for everyone in the family. Cozumel is also known for it’s spectacular scuba diving, beginners to the very experienced. We originally came here for the kite boarding and snorkeling, and fell in love with the area. Kite board beach is right across from us.
For the golf enthusiast there is a new Jack Nicklaus golf course just across the road, about a 5 minute walk. It is well kept and a beautiful course to play on. You may even see a crocodile bathing in the sun next to one of the ponds, but don’t worry, no one has been chased yet.
Downtown Cozumel is a 10 minute drive or taxi ride. There you can enjoy shopping, eating and the local night life. Venture a few blocks east and see a bit more of the local scene for shops and eateries. The morning market is a great place to get produce, fish and fresh juices. Not many tourists find this place but it is a true pleasure if you plan on utilizing the kitchen at all.
Other activities not to be missed are touring the Mayan Ruins, swimming with the Dolphins, touring the tequila factory and visits to the Ecological Park and Chankanaab. Drive around the island or take a jeep tour. A half hour ferry ride will take you across to Playa del Carmen and the main land, a nice place to do a day trip.
You will find the people on Cozumel friendly and peaceful. Many people keep coming back again and again. Maybe you will be one of them!
